Değerli dernek üyelerimiz. 01.10.2024 tarihi saat: 10:00' da aşağıda belirlenen gündem maddeleri doğrultusunda dernek binamızda olağan genel kurul toplantısı olacaktır. Katılım sağlanamaması halinde toplantı 09.10. 2024 tarihinde aynı saatte yapılacaktır . Bilgilendirme için web sayfasını takip edin.

Gündem Maddeleri:

1-Dernek yönetim kurulu ve diğer organlarının seçimi

2-Son üç yılda gerçekleştirilen faaliyetlerin genel değerlendirilmesi

3-Önümüzdeki çağrı dönemlerinde Avrupa Birliği destekli Erasmus proje başvurularına ait konuların belirlenmesi

4-Dernek faaliyetlerinin yerel ilgili paydaşlara ulaştırılmasına yönrelik stratejilerin belirlenmesi

Dear association members. There will be an ordinary general assembly meeting in our association building on 01.10.2024 at 10:00 in line with the agenda items specified below. In case of failure to participate, the meeting will be held on 09.10.2024. Follow the web page for information.

1-Election of the association's board of directors and other bodies

2-General evaluation of the activities carried out in the last three years

3-Determination of the topics related to the European Union-supported Erasmus project applications in the upcoming call periods

4-Determination of strategies for delivering the association's activities to local stakeholders
